Founded in 2003 by Colleen-Tracie, Create Terrific Moments (CTM) was born from a deep love of celebrating life’s special occasions through thoughtfully curated events and inspired design. What began as a passion for planning gatherings and styling spaces soon evolved into a full-service wedding and event planning company serving the Greater Toronto Area.

Inspired by her own modern-day fairy tale romance—with her husband Oliver, who lived across the ocean on another continent—Colleen-Tracie brought that same sense of magic, connection, and beauty into every celebration she touched.

Today, CTM is a proud family-run business. Colleen-Tracie works alongside her daughters, Mikaela and Maliaha, each of whom brings creativity, dedication, and an eye for detail to every event.
